🍴 Dining Experience

We bought a 2-person set: 🍲 Clear Soup Pot, including half a jin (250g) of 🐮 Fatty Beef, half a jin of 🐑 Lamb Rolls, a portion of Duck Blood, Frozen Tofu, Oil Wheat Lettuce 🥬, Enoki Mushrooms, and a portion of Handmade Noodles. Giving a 5-star rating on Dianping gets you a free dish; I decisively chose the Smashed Cucumber 🥒—theirs is truly unique, a must-order!!!

For sauces, I suggest doing what I did: one regular scallion soy sauce, and one sesame paste.

  • Clear Soup Pot 🍲: The soup base is excellent. After it boils, start with two bowls of seaweed soup—fresh and satisfying. The fatty beef and lamb are delicious. Coat them in a thick layer of sesame paste—firm, juicy, and rich in layers. My chopsticks couldn’t stop moving.

  • Smashed Cucumber 🥒: Especially delicious. I think it’s the shop’s signature. Crisp, sour, and sweet—the balance is handled perfectly, making it addictive.

  • Frozen Tofu: After boiling, it absorbs the soup completely. The texture becomes soft like a sponge. When you eat it, the juices explode in your entire mouth. Mmm~~ (savoring).

The duck blood was tender and smooth, and the 🥬 vegetables were sweet. Unfortunately, we were too full to eat the handmade noodles, so we packed them to take home. After eating our fill, we grabbed a free “Old Ice Pop” to put a sweet period on the glorious mess we just made.

🥢Personal Rating

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟 4.5 (Wanted to give 4, but this shop has high “Taste-Price Ratio”, so gave 4.5)

(Note: 🌟 represents half a star in my rating system)
