🍴 Dining Experience
Their specialty is grilled eel. Three of us ordered one eel (about 160 RMB) and a set meal for two (about 130 RMB). It was just enough to make the three of us full.
The roast meat 🍖 and vegetables 🥬 were standard. The free Pumpkin Porridge 🎃 tasted good, with a texture similar to black sesame paste.
Roasting the eel 🐟 takes a while, but it is well worth the wait ⌛️. The skin gets grilled a bit charred, and the meat slowly turns brown. Then it’s coated with teriyaki sauce and grilled quickly again before being ready to eat. Pick up a piece, wrap it in a sheet of seaweed, send it into your mouth 👄, and just chew. The aroma of the fat between the skin and meat, combined with the tender and firm fish meat, and finally the crisp seaweed adding a hint of fresh sweetness—the experience reaches its peak. Extremely delicious!!! Tasty 😋—grilled eel is highly recommended 👍.
However, the service resources were a bit tight. Often one waiter 💁 had to help grill 🍖 for two tables at the same time, which led to some dishes not being grilled well, affecting the experience.
