This is personally the best and most-visited beef offal shop I’ve ever been to. 😋👍
We ordered a small pot (小锅), added an extra portion of tofu skewers (豆腐串), and two bowls of rice—it was more than enough for two people. The offal is prepared very cleanly with almost no organ smell. The broth, along with the accompanying chili sauce and Shacha sauce, is absolutely excellent. 😋
The texture of the offal is soft and tender; it gets more fragrant the more you chew it with the Shacha sauce. Especially the beef intestines—the fat inside releases a rich, fragrant aroma as you chew, bringing pure happiness. ☺️
Whether you usually eat beef offal or not, I highly recommend giving this place a try. You’ll fall in love with it—and with this taste of beef offal. ❤️🐮
