🍴 Dining Experience

The two of us ordered a Green Sichuan Pepper and Perilla Soup 🍲, added a fish (Jiangtuan Fish, minimum 2 catties/1kg), a portion of Small Crispy Meat, plus 🥔 Shredded Potato and Cross-Bridge Rice Noodles (free refills).

The sauce station is outstanding, with many combination options. There are also free snacks and fruits, looking a lot like Haidilao.

Serving speed was very fast; basically, the fish arrived within 5 minutes of being seated. The fish goes into the pot, add some seasoning 🧂, cover with a very Yunnan-style “straw hat”, and steam with the steam from the bottom for 4-5 ⏱️ minutes, and it’s done.

Once the fish is ready, you must drink the soup first!!! Scoop a bowl of white jade-colored 🐟🥣 fish soup, sprinkle some green onions, and take a sip while it’s hot—incomparably fresh. The 🐟 fish meat is also incredibly smooth and tender, with a firm texture. Dip it in the sauce, send it to your mouth, and chew gently. The fish meat and your 🦷 teeth engage in a gentle contest. In the gaps of the contest, the umami spreads unknowingly throughout the mouth, 😋 and happiness is produced unknowingly~

After cooking in the pot, the 🥔 Shredded Potato and 🍜 Rice Noodles also absorbed the fish soup and became delicious. Slippery noodles, crisp shredded potatoes, paired with the dipping sauce—slurp, slurp. Satisfied not just me, but my stomach too.
