Recommended by a friend for Taipei cuisine. I spent 58 RMB on a business single set meal, containing: a drink 🥤 and a portion of rice 🍚.
I chose the Signature Pork Chop Rice recommended by my friend, and selected “Fresh Lemon Winter Melon Drink” for the beverage 🥤. The Pork Chop Rice includes: Fried Pork Chop 🥩, Pickled Cucumber 🥒, and the rice is topped with braised meat, cabbage, pickled mustard greens, and shredded radish.
Mix the rice and take a bite. The meat aroma of the braised meat, the fresh sweetness of the cabbage 🥬, the sourness of the pickled mustard greens, and the crispness of the radish played a symphony 🪕 in my mouth. After the performance, take a bite of the fried pork chop to give this symphony a perfect ending. Gobbling it down, mouthful after mouthful 😋.
The accompanying “Fresh Lemon Winter Melon Drink” tasted average; not recommended.
