🍴 Dining Experience

Went there after work on Friday. Although the mall 🏬 was quiet, the restaurant was full of diners. We ordered a set for 2-3 people for about 130 RMB on Dianping, and later added Strange Flavor Rice (Guailu Fan) and Spicy Chicken Rice Noodles. Three of us were stuffed, spending over 190 RMB in total.

Potatoes 🥔: Like the potato snacks often sold at street stalls, with some Houttuynia (Zhe’ergen) added. Tasted good 😌.
Strange Flavor Rice (Guailu Fan) 🍚: Rich in ingredients and complex in texture. When it was served, it felt full of “wok hei”. One bite 🍽️, and you can clearly feel the crispy sentry (pork cracklings), rice 🍚, and other chopped ingredients dancing on the tip of your tongue 👅. So fragrant! It was finished shortly after being served. Highly recommended 👍.
Spicy Chicken Rice Noodles 🍝: The spicy chicken was completely different from what I’ve had before—unique Guizhou flavor, savory and fragrant. The rice noodles were a tiny bit 🤏 chewy. Mixed with the spicy chicken sauce 🌶️ and slurped up, carb lovers will be hugely satisfied 😌. Personally, I liked the taste 😍, while my two friends thought it was average.
Broth 🍲: Both soup bases were delicious: Sour Soup Base 🍲 and Pickled Vegetable & Bean Base 🍲. The Sour Soup Base received strong approval 👍 from my Guizhou friend, who exclaimed it tasted like home—I need say no more 💬. The Pickled Vegetable & Bean Base was very gentle, with soybeans 🫘, minced meat, and crispy bits at the bottom. I liked scooping a spoonful of the ingredients and soup into my bowl to drink as soup 🥣.
Dessert 🍮: Taste was average, not as amazing as the other dishes.
